Your diet clock doesn't reset at midnight, it starts with your next decision. But I am smart about it. I add things to my prepackaged foods several times a day. What I mean by this is that I add fat-free, sugar-free syrups to smoothies, puddings, and cappuccino. Sometimes I also add fat free whipped cream. Sometimes I also add sparkling water to smoothies for a fountain-type fizzy drink. In short, I take a lot of liberties with food, but I try to use fat-free or sugar-free ingredients when I do this.

This gives me more variety and makes me more excited to eat food. I took a bite of my husbands ice cream, and I felt fine after that. I was satisfied to get a taste, and i went on my merry way to getting back on track with medifast.

Just relax, and find things to take your mind off of it. Go do something good for yourself. You may not feel like rewarding yourself after a cheat, but it really will help with your self-esteem.
